Management and promotion of code and infrastructure deployment across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments using automation where possible.

Create and maintain the standards and procedures to promote application deployments across environments with minimal / no downtime.

Working with the QA function to provide sign-off and change management for production deployments.

Working with Developers and DevOps Architects to troubleshoot any issues found in deployed systems.

Design and implement a proactive approach to monitoring and alerting.

Create and maintain build definitions/releases with integrated testing.

Maintenance and support of build servers.

Working with 3rd party IT providers to integrate their solutions with our own

Root cause analysis and improvement of solutions

Evaluates existing applications and platforms to provide recommendations for improving performance by conducting gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and assisting in the scope of modifications

2+ years of experience with Cloud.Azure

Experience with DevOps-related fields

Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Experience with cloud automation with ARM, CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar

Experience with Demonstratable Powershell, Bash, Python

Knowledge of software versioning control systems such as VSO, GIT, Jira, or similar

Experience with IaaS / PaaS / SaaS cloud solutions

Experience with agile methodology

Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions

Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

Self-motivated and willing to help team members with a can-do attitude
