Middle AWS DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented remote Middle AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, post-mortem analysis, and bridging the gap between our operations and engineering teams. Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the monitoring system
- Manage incident resolution, documentation, and post-mortem analysis
- Develop knowledge sharing playbook and be a bridge between operations and engineering teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on AWS infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of OS Administration, PowerShell, Bash, and automation using scripting and programming languages
- Experience with observability and monitoring using Grafana/Prometheus and open-source tools like Loki
- Expertise in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of infrastructure performance and capacity planning, including design, build, or implementation
- Experience with NAT, DNS, DHCP, Git, PagerDuty, and database skills such as MongoDB, Oracle, and Postgres
- Familiarity with disaster recovery, backup georedundancy, recovery scripting, and networking concepts like VPN, Load Balancer, and NSG
- Fluency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level to communicate with the team and stakeholders

- Solid programming skills with Python and GO are a strong plus
