Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Automation Tester In Java to join our team.

Responsibilities

As part of cross-functional Scrum Team, actively participate in team backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions
validate stories and implementation, mainly by creating and running automated tests following the acceptance criteria on the story
participate in the creation and execution of integrational and end-to-end feature testing
closely collaborate and assist team members if needed with their activities to deliver team sprint commitments, including software development

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Automated Testing In Java
Experience with Scrum teams, aware of Agile methodologies, and able to put them into practice
Experience with the field of automated functional tests and integration tests
Experience witg Java 8 and in unit testing in Java
Experience with scriptwriter (generating and handling Xls, XML, Groovy or equivalent technologies)
Knowledge of the document-oriented databased like Mark Logic or another NoSQL database
Experience with GitHub
Good view on cloud and working in a cloud environment
Knowledge of JIRA usage
Able to work in a team and independently with help of a technical expert and PO
