Find me a jobStep into a high-impact role as a Partner Sales Manager at EPAM. You will drive new business and expand our cloud and data offerings by leveraging platforms like AWS, Microsoft and Databricks. Your expertise will proactively build pipelines, strengthen strategic partner relationships and deliver tailored technology solutions to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Win new business for EPAM’s cloud and data platform offerings through proactive prospecting
- Collaborate with partners such as AWS, Microsoft and Databricks to identify joint opportunities
- Coordinate EPAM and partner teams on joint sales opportunities including pipeline and forecast reviews
- Oversee the preparation of value propositions, sales plans and RFPs by liaising with business units, sales teams, partners and executives
- Drive regional sales and marketing activities while sharing knowledge across global teams
- Promote EPAM’s capabilities and success stories within partner organizations to foster lead referrals
- Act as an internal trusted advisor on cloud and data offerings by organizing training and supplementary materials
- Support proposal production and drive the end-to-end sales cycle until deals are signed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the complete sales life cycle including bespoke applications and multi-discipline team coordination
- Comprehensive understanding of the cloud and data ecosystem including enterprise-scale platforms
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients through proactive outbound activities
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and deliver complex solution proposals
- History of successfully liaising with legal teams to negotiate, produce and finalize contracts
- Track record of success in solution selling and building long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Comfort engaging with executive stakeholders to drive strategy through clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong background as a self-motivated driver of revenue growth and account expansion
