We are looking for an experienced Client Partnership Leader (Account and Business Development) to join EPAM Lithuania and lead business growth across the Baltic IT market. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for driving expansion with existing and new clients, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening EPAM’s presence in the Baltic region.

The ideal candidate is a well-connected IT business professional with a strong understanding of the Baltic technology landscape and an established network among local enterprises, technology leaders, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and revenue growth across the Baltic market, focused on both existing and new clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their strategic objectives and align EPAM's solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Lead account strategy, opportunity management, and executive relationship growth
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery and Pre-Sales organizations to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction
  • Represent EPAM in local and global industry events, forums, and networking communities to strengthen brand awareness and establish new connections
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in target industries such as Financial Services, Telecom, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector
  • Contribute to shape EPAM's go-to-market strategy and localization efforts within the Baltic region
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or technology services, preferably in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of management of enterprise clients and achievement of growth targets
  • Deep understanding of the Baltic IT and digital transformation landscape
  • Strong local network and connections with C-level or senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Lithuanian and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix organization and collaborate across multiple business units
