We are currently looking for a remote Maintenance & Support Team Lead with good C programming skills and 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development to join our team.
The customer is a world leader in providing solutions for the management, organization and security of complex networks.
The main scope of the project is software development for network control enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sustaining team
- Mostly work with support tickets or customer escalations
- Performance optimizations
- Develop software for DDI, Security Products and NFV implementations
- Design, document, implement and conduct unit-test software solutions
- Work with QA and manufacturing team to help ensure a high-quality product
Requirements
- Working experience in NIOS, Parental Control, Service Provider products – DCA, ADP, SNIC
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Good C programming skills in Linux or UNIX multi-core environment
- Strong Networking background and hands-on experience in Networking Software development
- Experience with designing, documenting and implementing software features in embedded networking products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to figure out solutions
- Work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- English level - B1
