We are currently looking for a Remote Maintenance & Support Team Lead with experience in Kofax Capture software and OCR capture solutions to join our team.
The customer is a Danish multinational company, based in Denmark, with more than 28,000 employees globally. It manufactures and produces refrigeration controls, industrial controls precision systems and instrumentation. The Company offers condensing units, thermostatic expansion and solenoid valves, pressure regulators, filters, valves and line components.
Responsibilities
- Analyze flow and be able to find issues if any
- Do workaround if applicable or implement Kofax configuration updates
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees in a professional manner
Requirements
- Experience with OCR capture solutions
- Experience in Kofax Capture software
- Kofax Transformation knowledge
- Kofax Analytics for Capture
- Ability to troubleshoot independently to help the first line support
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Order workflow process understanding
- CNR / APAC / INR 2nd level support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
