We are currently looking for a remote Maintenance & Support Team Lead to join our team.

The client is the biggest grocery retailer in the Netherlands. The stores are full-service markets (as opposed to discounters), known for their focus on quality stores and products.

Responsibilities
  • Covering Atlassian stack migration and posting migration support scope
  • Resolving customer issues involving code error diagnosis, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis
Requirements
  • 2+ years of software experience
  • Experience with Atlassian products as Administrator
  • Experience with JVMs, in-depth operating systems knowledge (e.g. Linux), and experience with Databases and SQL
  • Experience with 1 or more application servers (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, IIS, NGINX etc.)
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Bash, Python, Groovy, Java
  • Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting systems
  • Understanding of networks and relevant technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL
  • English level B2+
