We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Visualization Engineer / Power BI Developer to guide the creation, implementation, and optimization of advanced BI reporting solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

This position emphasizes delivering impactful dashboards and reports while adhering to the standards and ensuring backend system efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end BI reporting solutions, including dataflows, semantic models, dashboards, and reports
Optimize dashboards, BI tools, and data models to ensure high performance and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align reporting solutions with business goals
Prioritize best practices in the design of frontend visualization and reporting tools
Implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions
Apply expertise in DAX and SQL to create efficient and complex data models
Ensure seamless integration with data warehouses like Snowflake to enhance data processing
Resolve issues and provide actionable insights derived from data analysis
Incorporate advanced features of Power BI and related tools to drive innovation
Document workflows and solutions to support knowledge transfer and scalability
Provide mentorship to junior team members and encourage cross-functional teamwork

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization, with a specialization in BI tool implementation
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and SQL-like programming languages
Background in data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, combined with strong BI methodologies
Familiarity with principles and best practices for dashboard and report design
Skills in CI/CD tools to develop scalable and maintainable BI infrastructure
Understanding of enterprise-level data integration and strategies for performance optimization
Capability to bridge complex business questions into actionable data solutions
Proficiency in solving technical challenges within diverse, dynamic datasets
