We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team remotely. As the Lead UX Designer, you will lead and manage a team of talented designers, creating industry-leading solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for developing user journeys and flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing compelling visual and UX designs that support tactical efforts. Additionally, you will provide governance strategy, influence project strategy, and explore diverse design directions to identify the strongest concepts. You will facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to the team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning within the group
  • Create and develop user journeys and flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design compelling visual and UX designs that support tactical efforts
  • Provide governance strategy, influence project strategy, and explore diverse design directions to identify the strongest concepts
  • Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to the team and stakeholders using customer, business or competitive insights
  • Bring together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to identify opportunities to align goals and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Apply and adapt design and research processes to fit the needs of the project
  • Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and insights from research and other customer data sources
  • Clearly communicate customer-centric goals when presenting work
  • Define the key goals across the design team and align with stakeholders and secondary team members
  • Envision an ideal state vision and bring it to life as a testable hypothesis
  • Evolve and crystalize the ideal state vision based on testing – convert it into a back casted roadmap
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, working on complex projects and leading a team of designers
  • Expertise in Content Strategy & Design, Design Documentation, Experience Strategy, Prototyping, Visual Communication, Wireframing, Design Processes
  • Proven track record of developing user journeys and flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Experience with Project management
  • Strong understanding of visual and interaction design principles and practice, creating appropriate sketches, flows, design comps, and prototypes with minimal guidance
  • Ability to bring together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to identify opportunities to align goals and increase efficiency across organizational boundaries
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, tailoring communications for different audiences as appropriate
  • Experience in applying and adapting design and research processes to fit the needs of the project
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience in the field of digital services
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
