We are seeking a Lead UX Designer who blends strong design craft with AI-accelerated delivery for enterprise agentic experiences. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces, spanning conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, and contextual interventions
- Create trust-calibration patterns that enable developers and knowledge workers to delegate to, collaborate with, and supervise AI agents
- Architect how the system communicates intent, handles ambiguity, manages repair and fallback, and preserves coherence across multi-turn, multi-agent interactions
- Maintain a clear user mental model of "who is doing what" throughout complex agent interactions
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks
- Shape an emerging agentic experience framework, contributing to the underlying design system, interaction patterns, and heuristics
- Deliver production-ready designs for enterprise ecosystems while defining standards that govern agentic experience behavior
- Vibe code functional prototypes and use generative AI to quickly explore layout and content variations
- Leverage LLM-assisted workflows to speed up research synthesis and specification writing
- Explain design rationale to engineering and product partners in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-state interaction design
- Expert knowledge of conversational design principles, including dialogue scripting plus the system architecture for communication, ambiguity handling, and multi-turn coherence
- Solid background in enterprise agentic interfaces, multi-step task orchestration, and trust-calibration patterns
- Hands-on proficiency with UX/UI design tools
- Fluency with AI-native design and prototyping tools, including vibe coding, generative AI for layout exploration, and LLM-assisted workflows
- Ability to use AI tools like a power user uses a codebase—orchestrate, iterate, and recognize when results require human judgment
- Proven track record of turning ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks
- Clear understanding of governance and access constraints in enterprise ecosystems, and how to surface decision-ready context rather than raw answers
- Comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward making rather than waiting, and strong skill in communicating design rationale to engineering and product partners
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
