Lead UX Designer

We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our remote team and improve and grow our product.

This role requires extensive experience in user-centered design, with deep expertise in complex application/interaction experience design with thoughtful consideration of established interaction patterns. Leveraging your proficiency in modern design toolsets like Sketch and Axure, you will develop wireframes, sketches, user flows, and prototypes to describe how users will interact with the product.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Experience Strategy Designers, Researchers, and SMEs to improve and grow our product
  • Partner with software engineers, quality assurance, system engineers, architects, and product managers to solve user experience challenges
  • Successfully partner with onshore/offshore strategic design teams to deliver high-value experiences
  • Adhere to established design standards for visual design and utilizing established component libraries as part of the design process
  • Lead a team of designers to achieve project goals
  • Continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in user-centered design
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of designers, ensuring successful project outcomes
  • A deep expertise in complex application/interaction experience design with thoughtful consideration of established interaction patterns
  • Experience developing wireframes, sketches, user flows, and prototypes describing how users will interact with the product
  • Experience working with modern design toolsets including Sketch, Figma, and Axure
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must since the role interacts with different stakeholders
