We are seeking a Lead UX Designer with exceptional problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and a passion for crafting impactful user experiences that connect business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
In this role, you will work on cutting-edge, cross-industry projects from conception to execution, collaborating closely with clients, creatives, delivery managers, and developers. Your ability to translate research and strategy into user-centric designs, coupled with your expertise in interaction design and global design principles, will drive meaningful solutions for the world-class brands we work with.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with global stakeholders and managers to gather requirements, foster strong relationships, and align on strategic goals
- Plan and lead discovery phases, engaging stakeholders in co-creation and concept development
- Conduct targeted user research to inform data-driven design decisions
- Create and elevate design concepts through refinement and iteration
- Communicate design strategies effectively through presentations and storytelling techniques
- Design seamless user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) with a deep focus on end-to-end user journeys
- Establish structured design processes for clarity and consistency across deliverables
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality design implementation
- Build and document comprehensive design systems as a single source of truth
- Align product designs with business objectives by working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Facilitate client workshops and translate complex challenges into actionable insights and strategies
- Produce prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups to articulate design solutions
- Mentor junior designers to enhance team skills and foster an innovative culture
- Represent the company at industry events through participation and thought leadership
- Explore innovative approaches such as AI tools and motion UI concepts to enrich design outputs
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design (agency or enterprise), showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates process, impact, and outcomes
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and scalable design systems
- Strategic ability to integrate user journeys, information architecture, and product ecosystems
- Solid background in conducting discovery phases, user research, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to clients and cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
- Competency in fostering collaboration across stakeholders, developers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated self-management, including leading projects independently in dynamic environments
- English B2+ or higher, with the ability to manage communication with global clients
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and open-minded with a collaborative, ego-free approach
- Understanding of AI trends and their application in enhancing design workflows
