We are looking for a Lead Unreal Engine Developer to expand interactive storytelling and player agency through advanced gameplay systems. Responsibilities
- Design dynamic gameplay systems that strengthen player agency
- Build Unreal Engine features that enable interactive storytelling experiences
- Integrate Generative AI and LLM-driven behaviors into core gameplay loops
- Develop Unity prototypes to validate interactive concepts and mechanics
- Optimize real-time systems to improve stability, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate creative intent into technical solutions
- Test and iterate on player-facing systems to raise responsiveness and quality
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience with Unreal Engine development (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Unity development
- Practical experience using Large Language Models (LLM) in game or interactive contexts
- Proven ability to take lead-level ownership and provide leadership to drive technical decisions
- Strong expertise in gameplay systems engineering for real-time interactive experiences
- Excellent communication skills to connect engineering work with creative goals
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
