Lead Test Automation Engineer (Java)

Join a dedicated System Integrations QA team as a Lead Test Automation Engineer, where you'll have the chance to define QA automation strategies and elevate quality standards. In this position, you’ll craft a cutting-edge QA Automation Framework for API and system integration testing, starting from scratch. Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of a robust QA automation framework for system integrations and APIs
Collaborate with the Head of Integrations to establish and promote best practices in QA automation
Mentor and guide QA and AQA teams by sharing expertise and fostering a culture of excellence
Build automation solutions from scratch and educate team members on modern QA concepts and methodologies
Perform manual testing as needed to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality
(Preferred) Introduce and leverage AI technologies to enhance automation and testing efficiency

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in automation testing
1+ years of proven experience as a Lead QA Automation Engineer, ideally in system integrations and API testing
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated leadership and ability to make a significant impact within a team
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
