We are recruiting a Lead Technical Business Analyst to lead discovery for a healthcare payer FE replacement of a legacy UI with heavy technical investigation. You will elicit needs through interviews and UI analysis, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and steer acceptance testing with stakeholders—apply now.

Responsibilities
  • Discover and document existing system functions and end-to-end business processes
  • Drive features throughout the full product life cycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes inside the Team
  • Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to align scope and expectations
  • Collaborate with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
  • Develop product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for specific Product modules
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of captured requirements
  • Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
  • Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Business Analysis with a mature, self-driven approach to problem solving
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to generate solutions and communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve business goals
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
  • Readiness to actively contribute to the Team’s Business Analysis processes and standards
  • Background in web application design with a tech-savvy mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+ level)
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Understanding of system integration concepts
  • Capability to dig into data to validate assumptions, even without solid tech skills yet
  • Strong stress resilience
