We are seeking a remote Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our team, focused on the Insurance Underwriting Risk Valuations sector. This role is a key part of our team, dedicated to application maintenance and integrations. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing and solving customer-reported issues, supporting and updating current integrations between different systems, implementing new integrations, and tackling security problems while updating older technology. You will be communicating effectively between different groups, including Product Management, Business Users, Experts, Software Developers, and Testers, to identify what's needed, organize and prioritize these needs, and understand how they depend on each other.
- Address and solve customer-reported issues
- Support and update current integrations between different systems
- Implement new integrations using Apigee
- Tackle security problems and update older technology
- Communicate effectively between different groups, including Product Management, Business Users, Experts, Software Developers, and Testers
- Identify what's needed, organize and prioritize these needs, and understand how they depend on each other
- Talk with both tech-savvy and non-tech specialists, managing coordination between various internal and external teams
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role
- Strong technical background, preferably in QA or .NET Development
- Knowledge of Confluence and Application Support Tools
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with API & Integration Standards
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced competency in English language (C1 level)
- Experience in Insurance Underwriting Risk Valuations sector
- Proficiency with Apigee Integration
- Experience with .NET
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (GCP, Microsoft Azure)
