Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Support Developer to join our team.

Our client is an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, based in New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Handling Team Lead Role
  • Delivering high quality support service to the customer
  • Managing team capacity and workload
  • Consulting customer on Atlassain Best Practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of support experience
  • Experience with Atlassian Admistration Skills
  • Knowledge of Linux, Networks and SQL
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile 
  • English level B2+
Nice to have
  • Experience in Team Lead
  • Knowledge of MS Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience with Python, Groovy
