Lead Software Maintenance Engineer with AWS

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead Software Maintenance Engineer with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in DevOps development, with hands-on knowledge of CI and CD tools such as Jenkins, CloudBees Flow, and Git. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and good scripting skills in Bash/Python/Powershell as well as experience with Cloud Native capabilities such as Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Container Orchestration.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and maintenance of AWS platform infrastructure
  • Manage AWS network and security infrastructure
  • Develop automation to enhance the delivery process
  • Provide support for production deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps development
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in Amazon Web Services
  • Strong knowledge of CI and CD tools such as Jenkins, CloudBees Flow, and Git
  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash/Python/Powershell
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Experience with building larger Java applications
  • Experience with virtualization configuration and maintenance
  • Experience working with Cloud Native capabilities such as Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Container Orchestration
