We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to shape and deliver modern full-stack products using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS. You will steer architecture, lead delivery, and embed AI Native Engineering practices while partnering closely with stakeholders across the SDLC. Responsibilities
- Architect scalable full-stack solutions leveraging .NET, Microsoft Azure, and ReactJS
- Lead technical delivery for user stories from estimation through implementation and deployment
- Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into technical requirements
- Produce technical artifacts and documentation to support solution design and development
- Mentor engineers throughout the software development lifecycle and uphold engineering standards
- Embed AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle and team routines
- Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
- Build and maintain backend services, including SQL-based data solutions and Microsoft SQL Server
- Use Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions to deliver cloud-based solutions
Requirements
- Extensive full-stack experience (9+ years) delivering solutions with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React
- Strong backend engineering background, including SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven capability in architectural design and end-to-end solution planning
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing stakeholder communication across delivery phases
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
- Solid familiarity with AI SDLC practices and ways of working
- Clear understanding of agentic solution implementation using Microsoft tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Insurance value chain from submission through policy issuance, including quoting and binding
- Familiarity with Excess specialty products such as Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
- Background in Actuarial reserving
