We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of software solutions using .NET technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand product requirements and user needs
- Design and develop software solutions using Angular, Web API, MVC, .NET Core, DI, LINQ, jQuery, Kendo UI, and Telerik controls
- Write SQL commands and use Entity framework to ensure structured and organized database management
- Contribute to the development of software development processes and methodologies, ensuring high-quality software solutions
- Review code and provide feedback to developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development, showcasing your proficiency in developing software solutions using .NET technologies
- 1 years of experience in team management and mentoring subordinate colleagues
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps as a configuration management tool, demonstrating your expertise in software development processes and methodologies
- Experience with Angular, Web API, MVC, .NET Core, DI, LINQ, jQuery, Kendo UI, and Telerik controls, enabling you to develop high-quality software solutions
- Proficiency in writing SQL commands and using Entity framework, ensuring structured and organized database management
- Strong leadership skills, showcasing your ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for meticulous testing efforts
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience in Angular, Web API, MVC, .NET Core, DI, LINQ, and Telerik controls, demonstrating your broad skill set in .NET development
