The job requires working from the office three days a week in Kraków, Gdańsk, or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

Support team members in resolving technical and organizational challenges
Represent the team during meetings with the client and Product Owners
Actively participate in software development and deliver expert-level solutions
Collaborate with world-class engineers, architects, and Product Owners to build next-generation software solutions
Work with the latest technologies from the stack of a top-tier tech company
Propose design, architecture, and high-level estimates for the components your team will deliver
Work in an environment where you can focus primarily on software development activities

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development and integration across the full system implementation lifecycle
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
1+ year of experience leading a software development team
Previous experience in direct client communication including preparing team performance reports and planning team workload
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently analyze and break down issues
Excellent self-management and prioritization skills
English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
