Responsibilities
  • Write efficient and well-structured code demonstrating proficiency in C and C++ programming
  • Design architecture that ensures scalability and achieves industry-standard performance levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives
  • Analyze code to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize for multi-core and scale-out systems
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive guidance to junior developers
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and innovate effective solutions
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in software development with a specialization in distributed storage systems
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Background in overseeing the development of subsystems within advanced storage solutions
  • Strong analytical skills combined with competency in tackling and resolving technical issues
  • Expertise in distributed file systems and network protocols
  • Effective communication skills suited for collaborative team environments
  • Interest in deep technical subjects, complemented by a self-motivated work ethic
  • Proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Linux or BSD kernel-level development
  • Capability to work with Python programming language
