Lead SharePoint Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead SharePoint Developer to spearhead our SharePoint initiatives.

This role combines technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of developers, driving the success of projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the SharePoint development team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
  • Perform hands-on SharePoint development, including coding, debugging, and testing to build robust and scalable solutions
  • Plan and manage project schedules, release cycles, and resource allocation for successful project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Facilitate team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
  • Oversee release planning, including deployment coordination and risk management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all project phases
  • Provide mentorship to team members, fostering skill development, collaboration, and accountability
  • Stay informed about emerging SharePoint technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance solutions and processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SharePoint development, with a minimum of 5+ years in a hands-on development role
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
  • Understanding of release planning, stakeholder management, and resource allocation
  • Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking for technical challenges
  • Proficiency in leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Showcase of successful project management in dynamic and high-pressure environments
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate new tools into current practices
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
