We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead SharePoint Developer to take charge of our SharePoint projects and deliver results.
This role blends technical expertise in SharePoint development with leadership responsibilities, focusing on managing a team, driving successful project outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the SharePoint development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion
- Lead SharePoint development tasks, including coding, debugging, and testing to create efficient solutions
- Devise project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee release cycles for successful project delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define objectives and align them with organizational goals
- Host team meetings to track progress, resolve challenges, and identify actionable solutions
- Manage deployment logistics and address risks related to release planning
- Uphold adherence to company protocols, processes, and applicable industry standards in project activities
- Mentor team members to encourage skill growth, teamwork, and accountability
- Keep updated on new SharePoint technologies and best practices to optimize processes and solutions
Requirements
- Background in SharePoint development with over 5 years of hands-on experience
- Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer
- Competency in release coordination, stakeholder engagement, and resource management
- Skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving to tackle technical challenges
- Proficiency in leading teams, accompanied by strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in successfully managing projects in dynamic, high-pressure scenarios
- Flexibility to incorporate new tools and technologies into established workflows
- Familiarity with English communication at a B2+ level
