Lead ServiceNow Platform Administrator

We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our remote team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to the client's team, working independently to manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues. This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing user access, roles, and permissions
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues and inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending and implementing upgrades as necessary
  • Provide mentorship and support to the team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and customization
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently and resolve technical roadblocks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Proficient command over English language for both spoken and written communication (B2+ level)
