Lead ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and innovative Lead ServiceNow Developer to drive the transformation and growth of our ServiceNow platform.

This role requires strategic vision, platform expertise, and strong leadership abilities to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration, deployment, and user adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to assess the current state of the ServiceNow ecosystem and identify gaps and needs
  • Develop a strategic roadmap incorporating quick wins and phased rollout plans aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate platform maturity in areas such as IT service management, AI capabilities, risk management, and asset tracking
  • Define licensing requirements, integration strategies, and platform needs for each ServiceNow module and user group
  • Build comprehensive implementation readiness checklists, including success criteria and change management strategies
  • Establish processes for managing feature requests and prioritizing continuous improvement within the ServiceNow environment
  • Configure user-friendly workspaces and landing pages tailored to specific personas
  • Apply branding, themes, and UI/UX enhancements across the ServiceNow platform for cohesive design
  • Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules, enabling low-code application development via App Engine Studio
  • Implement AI modules such as Now Assist, Agentic AI Studio, and DevOps Change Velocity for automation and advanced insights
  • Plan and deliver targeted training programs for IT teams and business users to drive adoption and efficient usage
  • Ensure performance tracking and quality assurance measures align with service level agreements
  • Deploy Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules to manage audits, enforce policies, and assess third-party risk effectively
Requirements
  • Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and DevOps modules (5+ years preferred)
  • Background in leading ServiceNow implementation projects and developing strategic roadmaps for high-impact outcomes
  • Proficiency in integration processes, with strong knowledge of tools such as endpoint security and data exfiltration measures
  • Skills in project leadership paired with excellent communication for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and processes related to IT operations and ServiceNow evolution
Nice to have
  • Expertise in App Engine Studio for low-code application creation within ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with AI features available in ServiceNow, including Now Assist and Agentic AI Studio
  • Knowledge of integrations such as Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow for collaborative workflows
