We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer - .NET with Azure & Kubernetes to design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees. You will apply a broad range of software engineering practices while advocating for client needs and contributing to our engineering culture.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees
  • Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
  • Ensure the quality, security, reliability and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
  • Understand, represent and advocate for client needs
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
Requirements
  • 6-15 years of experience in software engineering
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent focusing on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core
  • Knowledge of messaging platforms, ideally Kafka
  • Familiarity with containers, ideally Kubernetes
  • Background in Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices
  • Showcase of engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code as a Software Craftsperson
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for figuring out how things work
  • Keen interest in understanding how the business works alongside a passion for learning and innovation
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Microservice and Event-Driven architecture
  • Expertise in Cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid and Service Bus)
