We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our forward-thinking engineering team, where you’ll shape high-impact testing strategies and build automation frameworks that accelerate product quality and innovation. Own end-to-end processes and influence technical direction. Responsibilities

Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement
Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows
Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms
Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects
Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter or Gatling
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
Hands-on experience in software testing, automation or development
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full software lifecycle
Advanced programming skills in Java, Python or JavaScript
Proven experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Pytest, Cypress or similar tools
Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
Proficiency in Cantonese is required
