Lead Scrum Master for Software Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all scrum events – Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives with daily scrum
- Be a true Servant Leader coaching the engineering scrum teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments for the scrum teams and ensure uninterrupted sprints
- Ensure all sprints commitments are met and successful
- Agile Evangelist
- Maintain Transparency and visibility of work through effective Burndown charts & JIRA Dashboards and time reporting, Velocity for all scrum teams
- Effectively communicate at all levels and work closely with APM on scrum coaching, implementation and execution
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
Requirements
- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 5 years for software development teams that were diligently applying Scrum principles and practices for all scrum events and activities
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge on Burndown charts, Retrospective formats, User Stories and Epics
- Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions based on products developed using Agile methodology
- Demonstrated experience matrix management and coordination of large multifunctional team consisting of product management, engineering, test, documentation, customer support and training team members
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize personal and team activities
- Must be able to drive the team and work through challenges to ensure tasks are clearly assigned and completed per agreed schedules
- Must be proficient with computer hardware and software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong problem solver
