Lead Scrum Master for Media Company

Act as a Scrum Master for multiple Product teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work

Assist team to remove impediments by having an understanding of the control and release process

Assist with internal and external communication

Build relationship with Product owner and other stake holders

Coach team members on Agile principles and provide general guidance on the methodology

Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings

Track and effectively communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management

Update Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs

5+ years of Scrum Master experience

Coaching experience

Facilitation & moderation experience

Planning and Organizing experience

Stakeholder Management experience

1+ years of leadership experinece

Project Management experience
