Responsibilities
- Backlog management
- Iteration/sprint planning meetings
- Sprint reviews
- Team standups facilitation
- Clients stakeholder communication management
- Demo preparation coordination
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 1+ years of experience in Leadership
- Excellent communication skills, customer expectation management
- Azure DevOps tools experience
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.\
- Strong quality control skills
- Good resource planning skills
- BigData understanding
- Experience working with matrix team structure preferred
- Good presentation skills
- Experience working with Enterprise level customers
