EPAM is actively seeking a proficient Lead SAP Support Consultant (SD/LE) to enhance our team capabilities.
This role focuses on providing high-level support and consulting services for our SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions, with the aim of maintaining efficient system functionality and meeting business goals. The position requires a thorough knowledge of SAP SD and LE modules and a dedication to providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to collect necessary specifications
- Envision solution designs by analyzing business requirements
- Customize and configure SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain features
- Produce project-related documentation and user training materials
- Diagnose and resolve issues with SAP solutions
- Administer OrgStructure configurations and order management operations
- Supervise ATP, pricing, outputs, and print form configurations
- Manage OTC processes, returns, and specific operations such as customer consignment, STO, and 3rd party processing
- Facilitate integration with Idocs and 3PL interfaces
- Apply enhancement techniques like user exit, enhancement points, and Badi
- Collaborate with international project teams and work autonomously
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at various levels
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of specific business domain processes
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP SD including OrgStructure setup, order management, ATP, pricing, outputs, and printing forms
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Deep understanding of OTC process, returns, and specific operations such as customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing
- Skilled in Idocs interfaces and 3PL integration
- Familiarity with enhancement techniques such as user exit, enhancement points, Badi
- Proven capability to solve complex problems effectively
- Excellent skills in developing documentation and training materials
- Strong orientation towards customer service
- Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development
- Proficient English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
