We are seeking a Lead SAP PRC Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP PRC solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth integration across SAP landscapes. You will partner with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and SAP technical teams to translate regulatory and operational needs into scalable processes and system configurations. The role suits someone willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and open to projects with rapidly changing requirements driven by evolving regulations and business priorities. You will mentor team members, drive best practices, and have strong opportunities for learning and development across SAP compliance tooling, integrations, and modern cloud deployments on Azure.

Responsibilities
  • Lead PRC workshops, solution design, and end-to-end delivery, including build, test, cutover, and hypercare
  • Own compliance process governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive integration approach with SAP master data, logistics, and reporting
  • Ensure quality through fit-gap analysis, test strategy, and change management
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices across the project lifecycle
  • Translate regulatory and operational needs into scalable processes and system configurations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and SAP technical teams throughout delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, and SAP Solution Design
  • Experience with SAP-EHS: Product Safety (EHS-SAF)
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP PRC implementation projects
  • Background in compliance process governance and stakeholder alignment
  • Skills in integration design involving SAP master data, logistics, and reporting
  • Capability to mentor team members and drive best practices within project teams
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
