We are seeking a remote Lead SAP MM Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant production experience in SAP and at least 1 year of relevant leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing the SAP MM projects and leading a team of consultants. You will work closely with the customer to understand their business requirements and provide them with solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP MM-IM and WM modules according to business requirements
- Develop functional specifications for RICEF objects
- Lead end-to-end testing and system integration testing
- Provide end-user training and support during and after the project implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with other SAP modules and external systems
- Communicate project status and risks to project stakeholders
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and scoping activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SAP MM-IM and WM modules, with a strong understanding of MM-IM and WM processes
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- SDLC experience with RICEF objects
- Experience with EDI and IDOC configuration in IMWM and Shipping module
- Familiarity with the PP module and integration with MM-IM and WM
- Knowledge of building integration between different systems
- Understanding of different movement types in IMWM and Shipping modules
- Experience with traceability (serial number or batch management)
- Experience in management of Transports across landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience integrating MES and ASR systems
- Understanding of SAP solution manager
- Familiarity with Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) and Approved Manufacturer Part List (AMPL)
