We are looking for a highly skilled Lead SAP MDM/MDG Specialist to join our remote team and help us achieve a successful implementation of our project. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring the SAP MDG platform for various data objects, including customer, vendor, store, and finance, and collaborating with the technical team and the primary data management stream team to ensure a smooth implementation of the project. You will also work closely with the project manager to ensure project milestones are met and provide technical expertise and support to the project team as required.
Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise and support to the project team as required
- Lead and manage the SAP MDG implementation project, including project planning, scoping, and estimation
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, including conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders, including the project manager, technical team, and business stakeholders
- Provide training and support to end-users on the SAP MDG platform and related processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP MDG trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance, including hands-on experience with SAP-CA-MDG
- Expertise in configuring SAP MDG for various data objects, including customer, vendor, store, and finance
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG concepts, including data modeling, workflow, and data replication
- Experience in working with SAP integration technologies, such as IDOCs, BAPIs, and Web Services
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging skills
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA architectures and data models
- Proven track record in leading SAP MDG implementation projects, including project planning, scoping, and estimation
- 1+ years of experience in managing and leading project teams, including providing technical guidance and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Data Services and SAP Information Steward
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration tools and processes
- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Experience with SAP MDG integration with non-SAP systems
