We are seeking a highly motivated Lead SAP Logistics (SCM) Consultant to join our remote team and lead our SAP SD Technical efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our SAP SD Technical solutions, ensuring that our systems are customized to meet the needs of our business and our customers. You will also be responsible for leading a team of specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that our systems are always up-to-date and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and customization of SAP SD Technical solutions to meet the needs of our business and our customers
- Oversee a team of specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure that our systems are always up-to-date and running smoothly
- Deliver user trainings, including updating and improving training materials
- Provide user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collect and manage data to ensure that our systems are always accurate and up-to-date
- Convert and upload data to improve our data management processes
- Improve our testing processes to ensure that our systems are always running smoothly
- Manage the cutover process to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly
- Provide GL support and ensure that our systems are always in compliance with accounting standards
- Hand over projects to other teams as necessary
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM) with a focus on SAP SD Technical
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Extensive experience in SAP-SD: Master Data, Sales and Distribution: Billing and Shipping
- Solid understanding of SAP: SD Enterprise Structure and Leadership
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to approach problems creatively
- Strong researching skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Effective team working skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
