We are looking for a remote Lead SAP Logistics Functional Consultant with 5+ years of configuration experience in the MM module.
The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of purchasing processes as well as inventory management processes. They should have experience with warehouse management, EDI interfaces, and EDI messages. Moreover, the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. They should also have experience working in a multicultural environment and a good understanding of SDLC and SAP implementation methodology.
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP logistics functional expertise for Retail & Distribution projects
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to functional specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of configuration experience in MM module
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Good understanding of purchasing processes as well as inventory management processes
- Experience with warehouse management, EDI interfaces, and EDI messages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
- Experience with working in a multicultural environment
- Good understanding of SDLC and SAP implementation methodology
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management, SAP-MM: Logistics (General)
- Understanding of cross-modular impact of processes and configuration
