We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Logistics Consultant to join our remote team and lead the development of SAP Logistics solutions for our retail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing process and functional design activities, defining requirements, and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will create functional requirements as an input to application design and develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes. If you have a strong background in finance and accounting processes and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of SAP Logistics solutions for retail clients
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Create functional requirements as an input to application design
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Drive test planning and execution
- Manage process and functional design activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM) development
- Strong grasp of SAP Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution, SAP Retail, and SAP ABAP in S/4HANA
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development teams
- Experience in implementation of the S4/HANA system
- Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent English language skills with a minimum Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Logistics Execution, SAP Warehouse Management, and SAP Extended Warehouse Management
- Experience with SAP MM Inventory Management and SAP MM Purchasing
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 technologies
