We are looking for a Lead SAP Logistics Consultant to shape and deliver SAP MM solutions in a S/4 HANA environment across business and IT. You will lead design, configuration, integrations, and workflow setup while partnering with stakeholders to drive outcomes in the pharmaceutical supply chain; apply now.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM implementation work from solution design through deployment
- Define SAP configuration design and deliver business process configuration solutions
- Build interface solutions with ECC and Third-Party Systems
- Coordinate SAP MM integration with FI, CO, SD, PP, QM & PM functions
- Oversee Tolling and Inter/Intra company processes
- Implement classic Business Workflow and S/4 Flexible Workflow solutions
- Enable Pharmaceutical supply chain business activities to achieve required business outcomes
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to stay aligned and keep communication effective
- Facilitate diverse viewpoints to challenge the status quo and drive better solutions
- Drive large work efforts and deliver against demanding project timelines
- Prioritize work effectively to ensure project goals are achieved
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in SAP MM with S/4 HANA, supported by solid business domain expertise
- Demonstrated track record of delivering SAP configuration design and business process configuration
- Working knowledge of interface solutions with ECC, Third-Party Systems, and the latest S/4 technologies and functionalities
- Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, CO, SD, PP, QM & PM functions
- Hands-on knowledge of Tolling, Inter/Intra company processes, classic Business Workflow, and S/4 Flexible Workflow
- Domain experience in Pharmaceutical supply chain business activities and the business outcomes they support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT areas
- Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work across program teams and translate between business and IT terms
- Comfort with ambiguity, paired with an agile and open mindset
- Self-driven approach with strong prioritization skills to ensure project goals are achieved
- Strong skills in business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal stakeholder management
- Demonstrated personal credibility, positive energy, and innovative capabilities requiring strategic thinking and foresight
- English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
