Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of the SAP FIN support stream ensuring zero downtime
- Absorb and document knowledge from the incumbent team on business processes and configurations
- Validate SAP FIN processes through hands-on exercises in lower environments
- Build and develop a competent and autonomous team for SAP FIN support
- Manage escalation and resolve complex incidents within your stream
- Review and update support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks
- Collaborate with logistics and other stream leads to address integration points
- Guide the team through shadowing and reverse shadowing phases
- Achieve formal client sign-off for the SAP FIN stream
- Provide ongoing technical leadership and expertise for SAP financial management modules
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- Proficiency in SAP controlling and financial accounting modules, including accounts payable and receivable
- Strong background in SAP financial management and retail processes
- Expertise in SAP-FI submodules: asset accounting, bank accounting, general ledger accounting
- Demonstrated leadership in managing SAP project transitions or large-scale implementations
- Experience with knowledge transfer and team building in a SAP environment
- Ability to handle complex incident management and escalation
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with logistics and related streams
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level
