We are seeking a dedicated Lead SAP C4C Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of SAP C4C modules for Sales and Service.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Configure and tailor SAP C4C modules to support Sales and Service operations
Identify and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Optimize client workflows by leveraging standard SAP C4C functionalities and proposing process improvements
Partner with technical teams to address integrations, enhance functionality, and support development initiatives
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system performance and identify functional discrepancies
Deliver training sessions for end-users and develop detailed instructional materials
Assist with data migration processes, including master data preparation and verification
Diagnose and address system issues, providing continued post-implementation support
Maintain adherence to industry standards and applicable regulatory guidelines

Requirements

5+ years of experience implementing SAP C4C with proficiency in Sales and Service modules
Knowledge of SAP CPI and experience with integration frameworks and data migration techniques
Background in process mapping, business analysis, and system validation practices
Skills in documentation, effective communication, and interdepartmental collaboration
Expertise in end-user training, change management, and issue resolution

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence to enhance reporting capabilities
Proficiency in SAP CPI to facilitate development and integration tasks
Familiarity with emerging SAP technologies designed to support scalability
