We are seeking a remote Lead SAP Business Analyst to join our team and lead our SAP BI and SAP HANA Platform initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and providing solutions to improve our SAP landscape. Responsibilities
- Participate in interviews with business stakeholders to identify and understand their needs
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop and implement SAP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP BI and SAP HANA Platform solutions
- Participate in solution architecture and backlog development
- Prepare project documentation to ensure effective communication and project management
- Lead and manage SAP projects to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Monitor and mentor the team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP BI and SAP HANA Platform
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis
- Understanding of solution architecture and backlog development
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
