We are seeking a skilled remote Lead SAP Business Analyst to join our team and help deliver functional design for projects and change requests under the guidance of key stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional specifications and guiding the build team from the application development perspective. You will also be accountable for ensuring that the appropriate and best possible IT solution is delivered for the business requirements within aligned timelines and with utmost quality.
Responsibilities
- Drive clarification of complex and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective and deliver effort estimates for those solutions
- Leverage knowledge artifacts and senior stakeholder support in ensuring appropriate solution delivery
- Create and modify functional specifications from a technical design perspective
- Guide the build team from the application development perspective
- Test and accept the solution to ensure utmost quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a SAP Business Analyst
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis concepts and methodologies
- Proven experience in delivering Functional Design for Projects and Change Requests
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP, SAP Materials Management, and SAP Sales and Distribution
- Excellent documentation and specification skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
