We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team and enhance our Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components
- Manage Salesforce integrations with on-premises applications
- Implement and configure Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud features
- Develop and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) settings
- Collaborate with business groups to establish data sharing rules
- Utilize Copado for release management processes
- Supervise and mentor team members to promote best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in APEX development and Lightning Web Components
- Capability to manage integrations and handle Apex callouts
- Understanding of data sharing rules across business units
- English level B2+ for effective communication
Nice to have
- Certifications in Salesforce Development
- Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry standards
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud
