In this role, you will combine technical leadership, team management, and delivery ownership while supporting AI spec-driven engineering practices and collaborating across Salesforce and adjacent Java-based services.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day team management and delivery execution, ensuring alignment, task coordination, and performance feedback
  • Maintain visibility of risks, priorities, capacity, and blockers while balancing business expectations with technical realities
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to align on scope, timelines, and commitments, providing pushback when needed
  • Lead technical discovery, solution discussions, and implementation planning for Salesforce and related services
  • Act as the primary technical counterpart for the team, translating architectural direction into actionable delivery items
  • Support and guide complex implementation decisions, including POCs, MVPs, and validation of solutions
  • Oversee and mature engineering processes, incorporating AI-assisted coding tools where appropriate
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment, professionalism, and reliable communication
  • Drive the adoption of engineering and delivery best practices to improve the overall team output and consistency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service Cloud
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce capabilities, including LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce performance tuning, governor limits, bulkification, and integration patterns
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CI/CD processes, SFDX/CLI, Git, and sandbox management
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks, as well as infrastructure-as-code concepts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to participate in client-facing interactions
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams and aligning execution with client expectations
Nice to have
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or enablement projects
  • Background in Salesforce architecture, testing, and quality practices
  • Production support experience, including issue triage and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud
