We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our remote team, responsible for leading the technical design, development, and revision of multi-tier business systems utilizing AWS, Python, and Snowflake.

As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, working in close collaboration with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless integration. Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and development of multi-tier business systems utilizing AWS, Python, and Snowflake
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to implement and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data integration
  • Implement and maintain data warehousing and analysis solutions using Snowflake
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all developed solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and technology trends
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions, including the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • 1+ years of experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Expertise in AMPscript and SSJS, enabling the creation of dynamic content and the execution of server-side scripts
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with the sales and service teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external consultants
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly in the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Core Python, empowering the development of web-based solutions
  • Expertise in Snowflake, enabling seamless data warehousing and analysis
