Lead Salesforce DevOps

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce DevOps to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for the release management and continuous integration (CI) of Salesforce, utilizing Git, Copado, and other DevOps tools compatible with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Your primary focus will be to create a streamlined release pipeline that ensures the delivery of high-quality releases in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the release pipeline for Salesforce, using Git, Copado, and other DevOps tools
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless releases
- Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce release management and CI
- Create and maintain documentation for the Salesforce release process
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers
- Work with your mentor to continuously improve your technical and soft skills
Requirements
- At least 5 years of successful Salesforce experience, preferably in an enterprise environment
- A minimum of 1 year experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skills
- Software consulting experience, with a focus on DevOps technologies such as Copado and Git
- Excellent understanding of the core Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Ability to work in the EST timezone
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in client-facing roles
- Salesforce Administrative Certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level, or higher
