Lead Salesforce Developer

We are currently seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business. You will work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. This role requires a seasoned developer who can mentor and lead the team while thriving in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze stories to determine requirements and complete development tasks in Salesforce
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code in Salesforce
  • Conduct QA testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications
  • Provide operational and troubleshooting support for Salesforce applications
  • Continuously improve Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
  • Conduct routine maintenance and testing of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project outcomes
  • Expertise in Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Apex
  • Experience in Salesforce Development and Testing, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience in code deployment and release management
  • Ability to perform operational and troubleshooting support for Salesforce applications
  • Experience in conducting routine maintenance and testing of Salesforce applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Salesforce Lightning Design System
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
