We are seeking a remote Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will work on a project involving Salesforce configuration and customization, including integration with SAP. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Salesforce technologies
  • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions
  • Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators to ensure smooth deployment of changes
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Salesforce solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in Conga CLM and Billing flow
  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Integration, and REST API
  • Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) technology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a team environment
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with Conga\Apttus CPQ, showcasing versatility in Salesforce quote-to-cash solutions
  • Knowledge of asset-based ordering and order management, demonstrating proficiency working with/on Conga APIs
