We are seeking a remote Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will work on a project involving Salesforce configuration and customization, including integration with SAP. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Salesforce technologies
- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions
- Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators to ensure smooth deployment of changes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Salesforce solutions
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Conga CLM and Billing flow
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Integration, and REST API
- Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) technology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a team environment
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Proven leadership experience
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Conga\Apttus CPQ, showcasing versatility in Salesforce quote-to-cash solutions
- Knowledge of asset-based ordering and order management, demonstrating proficiency working with/on Conga APIs
